Raphael Kirsch Training is a well-established provider of training courses for teachers, educators and similar professionals, focusing on crisis and conflict pedagogy as well as modern training offers. In this context, the protected training program "Crisis and Conflict Pedagogue" was developed, which takes place to a large extent online. In addition to the aspects of relationship work and understanding child behavior, the safety of basic medical questions in educational institutions is also addressed, which creates a need for corresponding medical expertise.

Our Expertise

Dr. Rogge brings with him knowledge from emergency medicine, experience from layperson training in first aid, sanitation and hygiene, as well as the qualification of emergency specialists, and in addition, background knowledge on school/childcare accident care from the DGUV. This enables him to answer and explain all questions from these areas optimally. Questions from the child psychiatric area can be passed on to a colleague from child psychiatry.

Our Activity

On the one hand, we support Raphael Kirsch Training in an advisory capacity on medical and medically-organizational questions, and on the other hand, Dr. Rogge is active as a speaker in the seminars, especially in the training program Crisis and Conflict Pedagogue. This includes regular question hours on medical topics as well as structured concepts to make the participants safe in the event of medical emergencies.
